Description

First night out with the ASI678MC. I took a few shots around the moon while I was waiting on Jupiter's GRS to rotate into view.

In addition to the main photo, I also uploaded the nearby Copernicus crater. I have a few more regions imaged, will upload another post later.

I did not use any barlow or ADC, just the C6 and ASI678MC. I also just realized I forgot to add a UV/IR cut filter! Pretty certain that is necessary for the camera, ZWO specifies the sensor window being only AR coated. But the image still looks pretty good. I will definitly try again as soon as I can with UV/IR cut to see if I can improve upon sharpness.
